Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatment and support to patients recovering from addictions such as alcoholism, drug addiction, and behavioral disorders.
- Assist patients with modifying problematic behaviors through counseling and therapeutic interventions.
- Support and potentially counsel family members of clients as part of comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health associates, within an outpatient facility.
- Work with adults in outpatient recovery programs, including PHP and IOP levels of care.
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as LMSW, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC, or LADC, or candidates actively working toward licensure with eligibility for supervision.
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with patients in a recovery setting.
- Experience in addiction treatment is essential.
- Ability to work within a structured outpatient environment, adhering to clinic policies and documentation standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire through endorsement or reciprocity.
- Experience with outpatient treatment programs and behavioral health support.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, specifically EHR-HCS.
