- Full-time, 4 shifts per week, Days, 8.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve their independence and quality of life
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions focused on functional daily activities and motor skills
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and equipment
