Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms continuously.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and notify physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Float within hospital as needed based on unit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PA License or Compact License.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with exceptions based on unit.
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots current.
• Must have SSN and DOB available at submission.
• Must meet travel compliance requirements, including RTO approval of 7 days or less.
• No radius restrictions.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Supervisory references (2 preferred).
• Ability to float within the hospital; flexibility with unit assignments.
• Previous telemetry or cardiac care experience.
