• Full-time, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ICU patient care with a focus on trauma, surgical, shock, or neuro ICU cases.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as required.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice within a fast-paced acute care hospital.
• Float between units including ICU and affiliated facilities as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety procedures, ensuring quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic charting system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including charge nurse experience.
• Certification in ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
• Ability to float between units, including ICU and telemetry.
• Current immunization and health clearance for hospital employment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible scheduling.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in surgical, trauma, shock, or neuro ICU units.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience working in a hospital with Meditech charting.
