Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review radiation treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiation therapists, and medical physicists to ensure precise delivery.
- Utilize specialized dosimetry software to calculate and verify treatment parameters.
- Assist in plan adjustments based on patient-specific data and treatment response.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all dosimetric procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or license as a Dosimetrist.
- Experience with radiation treatment planning software.
- Knowledge of radiation oncology protocols and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in medical imaging and patient data management.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or oncology clinic.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
- Ability to adapt to various treatment modalities and technologies.
