Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides during treatments
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Alabama licensure as a Physical Therapist (must be attached to resume)
• Minimum of 2 years recent physical therapy experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• BLS certification (attached to submission packet, through the American Heart Association)
• Ability to work in inpatient and outpatient clinical environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in hospital or outpatient clinics
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
