Key Responsibilities
• Provide treatment and support to patients recovering from addictions, including alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders, or other behavioral issues.
• Assist clients with modifying problematic behaviors through individual counseling sessions.
• Support families of clients by offering counseling services when applicable.
• Work within an outpatient setting with a caseload of 25-40 patients, including PHP and IOP clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Adhere to company dress code and professional standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active licensure or eligibility in LMSW, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC, or LADC.
• Candidates actively working toward licensure and meeting state supervision requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a recovery or behavioral health setting.
• Experience with addiction treatment is essential.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with adult populations in outpatient or intensive outpatient programs.
• Knowledge of state licensure reciprocity or endorsement processes for out-of-state clinicians.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, specifically HCS.
