Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Days shift, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care specific to endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Obtain and record patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and perform timely interventions.
• Assist with and perform Point of Care testing procedures related to GI procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Current New Mexico RN license or a current Compact state license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS certification from the AHA.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in endoscopy or GI settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
