• Full-time, nights, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide substance use counseling and therapy to clients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage clients in evidence-based practices to promote recovery and sobriety.
Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure or certification as a Substance Use Counselor or equivalent.
• Proven experience in substance use counseling or therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current addiction treatment methods and best practices.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
• Certification in additional therapeutic techniques or modalities.
