Physical Therapist
Location: Annapolis, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
• Conduct assessments including fall risk evaluations and gross motor assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans for various conditions such as musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative cases
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 55 visits per week
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records (NextGen)
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland
• Proficiency in evaluating conditions such as back pain, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injuries, and neurological disorders
• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation and ortho skills such as Achilles tendinitis, ACL tears, and fractures
• Ability to perform assessments including fall risk and gross motor evaluations

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with the following conditions: Parkinson’s Disease, CVA, degenerative diseases, osteoporosis
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically NextGen
• Strong case management skills and professional evaluation methods
