Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the ICU and stepdown units, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Float between ICU and IMCU as required, maintaining flexibility based on unit needs.
• Utilize strong neuro-specific skills to monitor and respond to patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU or neuro-critical care.
• Valid and active nursing license verification.
• Ability to work night shifts including nights.
• Strong neuro-specific clinical skills and experience.
• Reliable work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days.
• Skills checklist, references, and certification card required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in multiple ICU/stepdown units with floating.
• Prior experience at a major hospital or trauma center.
