Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients as per clinical guidelines.
• Complete required documentation independently with ATI prior to clearance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to facility protocols.
• Participate in credentialing and onboarding procedures during the interview.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting up therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Availability for full-time work on dayshift.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar agencies.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and documentation processes.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced clinical environment.
