Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Contract, Night shifts (12 hours), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy care for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and critical care patients in a community hospital setting
• Manage ventilator and NIV support, airway management, medication administration, and nebulizer treatments
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and other diagnostic tests
• Assist with procedures such as bronchoscopies and pulmonary toileting
• Float between units including Emergency Department, ICU, and medical/surgical floors as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license in hand
• NC state license or valid compact license at start of assignment
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications
• Experience working with neonatal and pediatric populations, including NICU, PICU, Peds, and Peds ED
• Ability to work night shifts and contribute to on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills
• NICU, PICU, Peds, and Pediatric Emergency Department experience
• Previous travel therapy experience
• Additional skills in L&D or other specialized areas (preferred but not required)
