• Full-time, onsite, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Monitor and record patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
• Valid and active LVN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Basic IV therapy skills (if applicable)
• BLS certification
