Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a busy Level 1 trauma emergency department.
- Float to other acute units as needed to support hospital operations.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency nursing skills and certifications.
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Active registered nurse license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar-sized, Level 1 trauma emergency department.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
- Demonstrated experience with emergency department procedures and protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced ED environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and patient needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
