• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Full-time, rotating shifts (nights and days)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and stepdown units.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs and dysrhythmias, and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure infection prevention and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage specialized equipment including telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators.
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-acuity nursing, preferably in oncology, telemetry, or stepdown units.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH certification required.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and utilize telemetry systems.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with chemotherapy administration, blood product management, and central line care.
• Knowledge of IV insulin protocols, wound care, and airway management.
• Prior travel nurse experience is a plus.
