Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiogram, ultrasound, and vascular exams
• Float between different departments based on patient needs
• Adhere to hospital dress code and PPE requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed
• Provide high-quality patient care during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure diagnostic accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in echocardiography or ultrasound tech
• Valid state license (compact license accepted)
• Ability to work days Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Willingness to float between units as needed
• Must be able to work on-call, holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
• References: Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the past 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care setting
• Familiarity with hospital protocols for ultrasound/sonography procedures
• Ability to manage exam ratios (~10 exams per shift) effectively
