Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based rehab unit
• Assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Administer therapy sessions according to facility protocols and standards
• Maintain timely and accurate charting in Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License prior to start
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient or inpatient therapy experience
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00am – 4:30pm)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
