Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during a variety of surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room
• Circulate and scrub on cases including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC system
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols throughout the surgical process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience
• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers and extensive scrub background
• EPIC and BCLS certification
• Valid compact or state nursing license in hand at the time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns surgeries
• Experience working in fast-paced surgical environments

Additional Notes

• No RTO (request for time off) from 2/15/26 through 2/28/26; RTO must be built into contract
• Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately upon signing contract to avoid delays; travelers within driving distance need to visit fingerprinting locations in Ohio promptly
• All candidates must be screened for vacation plans immediately after booking to prevent credentialing delays

• Minimum of two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor or leader; former employees eligible if they’ve been away for 6+ months
