Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform IV starts and other clinical procedures.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including mandatory fingerprinting and credentialing requirements.
• Document patient assessments and care activities accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong IV start and Telemetric experience required.
• Must have previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to float within different units of similar or lower acuity.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Experience with electronic medical records and patient monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with Ohio fingerprinting and credentialing processes.
