Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and monitor progress
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Assist patients in regaining skills necessary for daily living and work activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification in the state of New Jersey
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare or outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and clinical best practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
