- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday, travel and local options
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, patient transports, and nebulizer treatments
- Administer medications via EPIC electronic health record system
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Adhere to facility protocols for memory care, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care
- Support patient needs following specific protocols for dementia-capable care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Prior travel nursing experience is required
- Experience with EPIC EMR system within the past 2 years is mandatory
- Certification or experience in dementia-capable care is preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Dementia certification preferred
- Experience with EPIC system from recent roles (within 2 years)
- Ability to support memory care patient populations aged 60 and above

Additional Information
- Competitive travel rate of $75 per hour; local rate $65 per hour for distances within 50 miles
- No block schedules; flexible shifts with occasional/as-needed rotation
- Bi-weekly orientation sessions on Mondays
- Reliable transportation is essential; personal or rental vehicle recommended during winter months
- Must be able to work all holidays and support patient needs across a variety of shifts
