Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and care routines
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Proven experience assisting in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with outpatient therapy or rehabilitation
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
