Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week.
• See 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are approved by the director before working additional hours beyond scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed to support coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work dayshift hours.
• Professional and effective patient communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet productivity expectations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics as needed.
• Comfortable managing a high patient volume with efficient time management.
