• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor patient conditions using telemetry and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license in hand (or eligible compact license for starts from 1/1/23 onwards)
• At least 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel
• BLS and ACLS certifications active and current
• Proven experience in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working within the Cleveland Clinic health system or similar large hospital networks
• Strong telemetry skills and ability to recognize ECG rhythms
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Candidate must be nicotine-free (except Nurses and CSTs, who are temporarily exempt) and able to pass drug screening testing
• Ability to complete background checks and onsite badge and fingerprinting process efficiently

Additional Notes

• Must complete all required modules prior to start; modules are billable up to 4 hours
• All candidates must fulfill travel compliance and submit completed Qualivis paperwork including interview availability and RTO discussions
• Candidates are required to pick up badges and complete onsite fingerprinting before start date
