• Full-time, Days, Outpatient clinic, no on-call or weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, predominantly orthopedic cases but may include various diagnoses due to rural location
• Collaborate with a team comprising an experienced OCS Physical Therapist and three Physical Therapist Assistants
• Manage patient care from evaluation through treatment, documentation, and discharge
• Follow established charting protocols with experience preferred in Redoc or Net Health systems
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license
• Valid American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed PT (preferred, but new grads considered at the same rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using Redoc or Net Health charting systems
• Strong orthopedic skills and knowledge of diverse patient diagnoses
• Ability to work independently in a rural outpatient setting
