Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical patient care in a busy oncology-focused unit
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications following strict protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs every 8 hours, and every 4 hours for telemedicine patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Support unit operations as part of a cohesive, team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas
- Experience with chemotherapy administration
- ACLS certified
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Chemo certification
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
- Familiarity with Meditech charting system
