- Nights, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with supervising the nursing activities within the facility
- Ensure the highest standards of quality care are maintained at all times
- Support nursing staff in daily responsibilities and patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Contribute to the overall safety and well-being of residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Ability to supervise and support nursing staff
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in LTC/SNF settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
