Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients in a medical respiratory setting.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic charting systems.
• Float within scope to various units as needed, adhering to facility policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) for Virginia or a compact state.
• At least 1 year of ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC charting systems.
• Must have Level 1 ICU experience and academic facility experience highly preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• BSN degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
