• Travel, 13-week assignment, Day shift (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in interventional radiology procedures in a busy, Level I Trauma Center with a focus on neuro interventions and embolizations.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including Siemens Bi-plane and single-plane systems.
• Support patient care, ensuring proper monitoring and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of RNs, technologists, and physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain familiarity with unit policies, procedures, and equipment updates.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience.
• Ability to work no call, day shift only.
• Current IR certification or relevant radiology credentials.
• Strong technical skills with advanced imaging equipment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to patient care and team collaboration.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Neuro IR experience or familiarity with neuro interventions.
• Experience with VI registry and performing procedures such as stroke interventions, stent/coil placements, vasospasm treatments, and embolizations.
• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
