• Full-time, Day shift, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in physiatry clinics, prioritizing caseload needs and consulting with physiatrists.
• Assist with follow-up care and implement physical therapy programs in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies.
• Prepare and deliver in-service training to both professional and non-professional staff.
• Provide consultation to other healthcare disciplines involved in patient care.
• Plan, organize, and supervise prescribed physical therapy sessions to facilitate patient development and independence.
• Document patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehabilitation or inpatient facility.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
