Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 12-week assignments, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.), Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching and Magnet hospital setting
• Manage patient treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress using Epic charting system
• Respond to on-call requirements with designated weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and one additional shift every 4 weeks
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including float scope and equipment protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact RN license in hand prior to start date
• Minimum of 1 year of acute dialysis experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience with Fresenius 2008T and mobile reverse osmosis machines preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in Level I Trauma Centers or teaching hospitals
• Flexible and adaptable to schedule adjustments, including block scheduling approvals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
