• Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an Intensive Medical Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, especially in a Level I Trauma Center setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience working in a large hospital, Level I Trauma experience preferred.
• Cerner experience is a plus.
• Must meet all travel compliance requirements, including RTO and vaccination documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, high-acuity hospital environment.
• Flexibility to work holidays and on-call as needed.
