- Travel, Nights shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care / Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and execute treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Support patient comfort and safety during night shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform 12-hour shifts efficiently.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
