Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage a high volume of patient visits, averaging 12-14 patients per day, with dual booking of follow-ups.
• Assist in float assignments to other clinics as needed, supporting neighboring healthcare facilities.

Required Qualifications
• Active Single-State Colorado license or confirmation of application.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour daytime shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with orthopedic patients and post-operative care is a plus.
• Familiarity with productivity standards of approximately 60 visits per week.
