Job Title

• Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

• Fort Worth, TX

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shift, 13-week assignment, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT laboratory tests in a hospital setting.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of samples using a variety of laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Follow all laboratory policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality patient testing.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality control records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid ASCP or AMT Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital laboratory experience.
• Ability to work well with others and adapt to a team environment.
• Strong grasp of laboratory concepts, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with laboratory equipment.
• Experience working with Sysmex XN3000, Siemens Vista 500s, ACL Top 500, or similar analyzers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle routine and STAT workloads with efficiency.
