Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute patient care in a high-acuity COVID ICU setting.
• Administer vasoactive drips and manage complex hemodynamic monitoring.
• Perform procedures such as ECMO, CRRT, chest tube insertions, and central line insertions.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized ICU interventions.
• Float to other units as needed following organizational policy.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license (no temporary licenses).
• 2+ years of ICU experience, preferably in a COVID ICU.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong skills with vasoactive drips and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Comfortability with ECMO, CRRT, and ventilator management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech documentation system.
• Knowledge of advanced ICU procedures and interventions.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
