• Full-time, travel assignment, days shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement care for assigned patients requiring physical therapy
• Gather pertinent data from patient charts and other care providers, consulting with physicians as necessary
• Perform independent evaluations of all assigned patient types, recognizing additional needs during assessments
• Develop and interpret treatment goals based on evaluation results, ensuring goals are measurable and attainable
• Reassess patient progress regularly in accordance with departmental and regulatory policies
• Identify appropriate equipment for patient care and discuss treatment plans with patients and families

Required Qualifications
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• State of Texas Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience working with orthopedic and neurological patient populations
