Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
- Follow unit-specific policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech system.
- Adhere to department guidelines, including uniform standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- MRI technologist experience.
- ARRT certification.
- MRI certification.
- Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) license.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work scheduled days with shifts totaling 12.5 hours.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE MRI equipment.
- Familiarity with hospital documentation systems.
- Strong patient interaction skills.
- Flexible to float within hospital units as needed.
