Job Title
• Medical Front Office Support – Non-Clinical Revenue Cycle

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing routine information and dispatching calls to appropriate departments or personnel in a professional and courteous manner
• Carry out paging procedures for employees, providers, and essential personnel, ensuring timely communication
• Act as an information hub by assisting patients, staff, and external customers with accurate information and support
• Transfer calls accurately to appropriate extensions, ensuring seamless communication flow
• Use the Intellidesk call processing system to handle internal and external calls across hospital and office locations
• Assist with data entry related to department communications and paging requests
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of communication equipment and escalate issues as needed
• Comply with all department policies and hospital standards

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous call center, customer service, or hospital communication experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital policies is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and professionally
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with computer hardware and software, including electronic medical records systems
• Familiarity with the hospital's service area is beneficial
