Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy goals and techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy protocols.
