• Full-time, Days shift, 7 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assess clients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living and work skills
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and home programs
Required Qualifications
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment and client management skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practices and protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
