Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with radiologist protocols.
- Operate and maintain Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstation.
- Ensure all imaging procedures meet quality and safety standards.
- Function independently without supervision, demonstrating clinical proficiency.
- Assist with procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts with no call requirement.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Experience with Meditech EMR and Vitrea workstation.
- Skills in venipuncture, MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging.
- Experience performing biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging preferred.
