• Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients following treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to start.
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow established procedures for equipment setup during interviews.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Willing to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Ability to adhere to credentialing and clinical QA requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with ATI or comparable healthcare providers.
• Previous travel or PRN work at ATI within the last year (must have been separated for at least one year) is not eligible for rehire.
