- Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients following treatment plans.
- Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to start.
- Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Follow established procedures for equipment setup during interviews.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in setting up and delivering physical therapy treatments.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
- Willing to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent licensure immediately.
- Ability to adhere to credentialing and clinical QA requirements.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a similar physical therapy setting.
- Familiarity with ATI or comparable healthcare providers.
- Previous travel or PRN work at ATI within the last year (must have been separated for at least one year) is not eligible for rehire.
