Location: Easley, SC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Utilize provided equipment effectively during patient sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
• Experience in setting and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements with ATI outside of initial clearance.
• Ability to start work with a compact license but must secure permanent licensure immediately.
• Must have a permanent license; no compact licenses accepted for certain providers.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working as a traveling or permanent/PRN physical therapist within the past year.
• Knowledge of credentialing requirements related to contract QA.
