Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown units, ensuring high-quality clinical standards.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, including dysrhythmias management.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage complex cases such as sepsis, renal failure, stroke, and COVID-19 patients.
• Support patient safety through emergency response and cardiovascular procedures.
• Float between units as needed, covering multiple departments and campuses within the metro area.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in Kansas or a compact state.
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in a similar acute care setting within the past 12 months.
• BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to interpret 12-lead EKGs and respond to emergency situations.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, wound care, and IV therapy.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• ACLS certification.
• Experience with Sheath Removal, feeding tube care, and phlebotomy.
• Knowledge of GI procedures, blood product administration, and central line management.
