Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Lakewood, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic flow
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval for additional hours beyond scheduled shifts
• Flex to work across multiple clinics as necessary to meet patient and operational needs
• Ensure therapy goals align with patient needs and facility standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or preference for outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including potential for float between clinics
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient therapy setting experience is a plus
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work environment with occasional travel between clinics
