• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location
• Chattanooga, TN
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit for adult patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using the Meditech system
• Assist with procedures such as IV therapy, CVC management, and respiratory care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, maintaining communication and compassionate care
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience, including respiratory, renal, and GI conditions
• Ability to work night shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with telemonitoring, indwelling catheters, and Heparin GTTs
• Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures specific to the Medical Surgical unit
