Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
- Monitor patient health and record signs, symptoms, and observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Proven experience in LTC and/or SNF settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- BLS certification.
