Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional SNF experience
- Current CT fingerprinting clearance
- Ability to work four 8-hour shifts per week (Days)
- Proven productivity rate of 88% after two weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
